Benefit Programs
We are pleased to offer a variety of competitive benefits plans to our full-time leaders.  Eligibility for the health insurance plans (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and Flexible Spending Plan) is the first of the month following 30 days of employment.  The company pays 90% of the employee costs and 50% of the dependent costs for medical, dental and vision coverage.

  • Medical: PPO plan and HMO plan through Blue Shield and 2 HMO plans through Kaiser.  
  • Dental: PPO plan through MetLife.
  • Vision: PPO plan through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability: Offered through MetLife with a covered of 60% of earnings.
  • Life/AD&D Insurance: Offered through MetLife with 2 times annual earnings for life coverage.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Offered through MetLife to assist finding solutions for everyday challenges of work and home as well as emotional and physical well-being.
  • 401(k) Plan: Offered through Securian with a company match of up to 4% (Eligibility begins the first of the month following 90 days of employment).
  • Flexible Spending Plan: Health Care and Dependent Care plans through Flex-Plan.

Our full-time employees are also eligible for PTO (Paid Time Off), holiday pay (including 1 day for your birthday) and paid parking or reimbursement for public transportation.
