Creative Minds: Mark Dean Veca

Join the artist Mark Dean Veca for a behind-the-scenes preview of his psychedelically opulent installation. Veca will team up with the newest member of San Jose Museum of Art's staff, Senior Curator Monica Ramirez-Montagut, for a lively conversation about his work-in-progress. He will also kick off an interactive project in the cafe by inviting the public to contribute to an ongoing mural inspired by his edgy, surreal cartoons. Come and be part of the project. Galleries open 5pm-8pm.
