Spirit of '45 Day at the San Jose Giants Municipal Stadium

Spirit of '45 week closes on National Spirit of ’45 Day, August 12th. That's when Spirit of ’45 helps the San Jose Giants celebrate the Municipal stadium’s 70th Anniversary.

During WWII, thousands of ball players put down their bats and put on a service uniform. We will honor the men of the WWII Generation for their sacrifice and their service which inspired future generations.
