Strike Up The Band - Target Summer Pops Festival

More than a brass band, the full orchestra plays favorites from Copeland and Shaw, the Liberty Bell March, and an armed forces salute. Get your march on! Come early for free ice cream, settle back, and enjoy an evening of musical Americana.

This concert is part of the free Target Summer Pops series, sponsored by Target. Performances in this series are held on the grassy mall of San Jose State University. Plentiful parking is available nearby, and you can enter at 4th Street and W. San Carlos Street. You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch or supper and a beach chair.
