To Kill a Mockingbird 50th Anniversary - Turner Classic Movies Event (San Jose)

In honor of the film's 50th Anniversary, join Turner Classic Movies Weekend Daytime Host Ben Mankiewicz, and step behind the scenes to hear stories about what it took to turn Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize Winning novel into a movie and why Gregory Peck felt it was a role he couldn't pass up. Ben will also share select interviews from the Turner Classic Movies Archives featuring key people involved in the production.

Immediately following these exclusive behind the scenes extras, become absorbed in Harper Lee's famous story of lawyer Atticus Finch as he challenges the social norm and decides to defend a black man who is accused of raping a white woman--and the effects that it has on Finch's family.

Don't miss this American classic, To Kill a Mockingbird, as it returns to cinema screens newly restored by Universal for their 100th Anniversary.
