Meeting/Banquet Facilities
Recently renovated in 2002, the Fairmont Hotel is centrally located in downtown San Jose. It is adjacent to the city's light-rail transit line and the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport is a short
three miles from the hotel. The HP Pavilion at San Jose and the Tech Museum of Innovation are within
walking distance.
All meeting rooms are located on one floor with separate banquet kitchen and freight elevators. The Business Services Center is centrally located to all meeting rooms, providing full-service business support for all events.

Pet Policy
Pets under up to 70 pounds are permitted in the Hotel at an additional cost of $75 USD per stay. Your pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Service dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The Fairmont San Jose has 24 rooms and suites specially equipped for our physically challenged guests. All have either queen or king size beds and a wide entrance door. The bathroom has an adjusted insulated sink and grab bars. Some bathrooms have roll-in showers. Please call the hotel directly so we may assign the most suitable room in advance of your arrival.
