The HP Pavilion first opened in 1993 with the Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus being the first event. It’s now home to the NHL’s San Jose Sharks among other local sports and event performances. The HP Pavilion is also home to The Grill, a contemporary American cuisine infusing cooking techniques from cultures throughout the world, prepared with an American interpretation. The restaurant is open to all ticket holders prior to the San Jose Sharks Ice Hockey Games, SaberCats Arena Football Games, SAP Tennis Open and Major Concerts. While many large events take place at the HP Pavilion, The Grill is also available for smaller private functions or corporate events.
