The San Jose Sharks are a professional ice hockey team based in San Jose, California, United States. They are members of the Pacific Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). They play their home games at the SAP Center at San Jose known locally as the Shark Tank.

From the San Jose Sharks' first ever draft pick in Pat Falloon, George Kinston named as the first head coach in team history and Doug Wilson serving as the franchise's first captain to current Head Coach Todd McLellan, captain Rob Blake and Wilson now leading Team Teal as a GM and the rest of today's Sharks, somethings change but somethings remain the same.

The faces in the teal sweaters may be different but the overall goal remains the same from the Sharks' inaugural season in 1991-92 to today's multiple Pacific Division championship team: winning.
