Additionally, this position manages all warehouse staff.

The Assistant Director of Human Resources is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

Train, assigns, and directs tasks to Facilities Houseperson and Facilities Attendants. Leads and performs set-up and arrange chairs, tables, platforms, furniture and equipment for events according to diagram and oral instructions. Drive various powered industrial trucks. Provide customer support and service to internal and external clients. Read and interpret event orders and diagrams for event set-up.

The Production assistant handles show day activities within the Theaters as needed by the Production Manager and tour requirements. This position is involved with Back of House assignments and reports the Production manager.

Operates trucks, power industrial equipment such as electric carts, lawn mowers, weed whackers, hedge trimmer, and pressure washers. Performs routine maintenance on irrigation systems and other related work as required.
