Launched in 2004, Team San Jose is an economic development organization that operates the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, the family of city-owned cultural venues collectively known as the San Jose Theaters, (including the San Jose Civic, California Theatre, Center for the Performing Arts and the Montgomery Theater) and South Hall and Parkside Hall. Team San Jose is also the parent company of Visit San Jose, the official destination management organization for San Jose, California. Team San Jose is a strategic partner of the community, supporting the success of local events and drives travel to San Jose through sales, marketing and public relations.
In 2018, the San Jose McEnery Convention Center welcomed over 350,000 attendees at 250 conventions.
In 2018, San Jose Theaters hosted 544 performances in their four venues attracting over 511,400 attendees.
Visit San Jose, the city's official tourism marketing organization, promotes the City of San Jose as a vibrant travel destination.
