Security Officer
Part-Time/On Call
The Security Officer is responsible for monitoring cameras and radios, responding to calls, designating and assigning security personnel for security services, contacting emergency responders and providing information to individuals seeking inquires, patrolling assigned areas, investigating and/or reporting hazards and suspicious circumstances, preparing incident reports, and performing a wide range of administrative duties related to security.
Cook Lead
On Call/Variable
The Cook Lead (Supervisor) is responsible for all kitchen or cooking operations in the absence of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Will perform any cooking, baking, butchering required and performs any and all duties in the kitchen. This is an on-call union position, and all individuals in this role are represented by UNITE HERE! Local 19.
Stewarding Manager
Full Time
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Stewarding Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of all hourly stewarding.
Cook
On Call/Variable
A Cook has the same responsibilities as a Chef (Cook Supervisor) except he/she is not in charge of the kitchen, does not determine the merchandise to be ordered, and takes orders as to kitchen operation from the Chef (Cook Supervisor). Shall not be required to do general cleaning other than the tools of their trade and the necessary cleaning of their immediate station.

Steward
On Call/Variable
Stewards/Dishwashers work in the dish room, scrub pots and pans, mops floor and performs other utility duties, such as setting up floor mats for functions in the Banquet Department.

Facilities Manager
Full Time
Facilities Manager will support the Director of Facilities and Associate Director of Facilities in strategic planning of events, coordinating setups, service, staffing, and general administration of the Facilities Department, which is responsible for equipment setup and cleanliness throughout Team San Jose’s campus. This role will follow and reinforce all SOPs with the Facilities Team. This position reports to the Associate Director of Facilities.
Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, compliance, and benefits administration. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and helps ensure HR processes run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Ticketing Representative
Part-Time/On Call
The Ticket Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, completing in-person and phone ticket sales for all four of our theaters (Center for Performing Arts, San Jose Civic, California Theatre, and Montgomery Theater), as well as handling will-call distribution.

Events Floor Coordinator
Part-Time/On Call
The Events Floor Coordinator will be the key liaison between the Event Managers assisting with coordination of events. Events include trade shows, conferences, expos, conventions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, consumer shows, performing arts, art shows and exhibits. This is an on-call, part-time position that supports events. The hours worked will be based on the need to support our events.
Lead Production Assistant
Part-Time/On Call
The Lead Production Assistant is responsible for supervising touring and local production events managed by music promoters such as Nederlander Concerts, AEG/Goldenvoice, Live Nation, and other National and Regional promoters, as well as corporate meetings and Special Events.
