Team San Jose is seeking a Security Supervisor to protect company assets and provide a safe environment for employee and guests. The supervisor assumes the primary security responsibility for the daily activities of his/her specific shifts which includes assisting with the effective and efficient operations of the Safety and Security Department and performs the function of a Security Officer as needed. The Supervisor will report to the Assistant Director of Safety and Security and Director of Safety, Security and Parking.
Destination Product Marketing Manager

The Destination Product Marketing Manager leads strategic marketing initiatives to support group meetings business, leisure travel and B2B tour operator product to San Jose. This person oversees the execution of marketing events and tourism product development to integrate into overall promotional strategy. They will identify visitor trends and opportunities and package offerings based on campaign lifecycle and support the team in launching them across owned, earned, paid, and if applicable, partner channels. The Destination Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with the VP and Director to execute and create reports on high-performing, multi-channel campaigns which positively impact overall visitation to San Jose. This position will report to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Global Media Relations.

Event Services Floor Coordinator

The Events Floor Coordinator will be the key liaison between the Event Managers assisting with coordination of events. Events include trade shows, conferences, expos, conventions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, consumer shows, performing arts, art shows and exhibits. This is an on-call, part-time position that supports events. The hours worked will be based on the need to support our events.
Lead Production Assistant

The Lead Production Assistant is responsible for supervising touring and local production events managed by music promoters such as Nederlander Concerts, AEG/Goldenvoice, Live Nation, and other National and Regional promoters, as well as corporate meetings and Special Events.
Production Assistant

The Production assistant handles show day activities within the Theaters as needed by the Production Manager and tour requirements. This position is involved with Back of House assignments and reports the Production manager.
Theater Floor Coordinator

The Theater Event Floor Coordinator will assist in overseeing production and operation duties during events as well as day-to-day activities within the Theaters. This position is involved with Front and Back of House assignments, in addition to tour merchandising and building readiness. This is a part-time, on-call position, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Theater Marketing Services Manager

The Theater Marketing Services Manager is responsible for client marketing support services. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all website and marketing-related requests, ensuring the timely coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives that support organizational goals and client success.
Working collaboratively with the Theater Sales Department, Visit San Jose, and other internal stakeholders, the Theater Marketing Services Manager oversees website theater content management, and digital signage.
This role serves as the primary marketing liaison for clients, providing exceptional customer service by coordinating marketing assets, responding to inquiries, communicating promotional opportunities, and supporting time-sensitive marketing requests for high-profile events. In addition, the position develops and maintains operational procedures and reporting that improves departmental efficiencies, facilitate communication, and support organizational decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in administration, analytics, and marketing media strategies. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional projects, maintain strong client relationships, and continuously improve processes. This position will report directly to Theater Management Team.
Ticketing Representative

The Ticket Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, completing in-person and phone ticket sales for all four of our theaters (Center for Performing Arts, San Jose Civic, California Theatre, and Montgomery Theater), as well as handling will call distribution.
