The F&B Buyer and Purchasing Manager is responsible for purchasing goods and services, including warehouse inventory items, direct receiving items, and special purchases from vendors. Exercise buying responsibilities on evaluating vendor quotes and services to determine the most cost-effective suppliers and the best possible prices in the optimum quantities and at the required times. Additionally, this position manages all warehouse staff.

Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for working in the dish room, scrubbing pots, and pans, mops floors and performs other utility duties, such as setting up floor mats for function in the F&B Department. Direct, train, provide daily guidance and review work of Stewarding employees.
