Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for mixing, pouring, and servicing of hard liquor or alcoholic beverages, selling food and providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.

Stewarding Manager

Stewarding Supervisor

Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for working in the dish room, scrubbing pots and pans, mops floors, and performs other utility duties, such as setting up floor mats for functions in the F&B Departments. Direct, train, provide daily guidance and review work of Stewarding employees. Local 19 This is an on-call position, and all individuals in this role are represented by UNITE HERE! Local 19
Event Services Floor Coordinator
Part-Time/On Call
The Events Floor Coordinator will be the key liaison between the Event Managers assisting with coordination of events. Events include trade shows, conferences, expos, conventions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, consumer shows, performing arts, art shows and exhibits. This is an on-call, part-time position that supports events. The hours worked will be based on the need to support our events.
Production Assistant
Part-Time/On Call
The Production assistant handles show day activities within the Theaters as needed by the Production Manager and tour requirements. This position is involved with Back of House assignments and reports the Production manager.
Ticketing Representative
Part-Time/On Call
The Ticket Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, completing in-person and phone ticket sales for all four of our theaters (Center for Performing Arts, San Jose Civic, California Theatre, and Montgomery Theater), as well as handling will call distribution.
Cook
On Call/Variable
A Cook has the same responsibilities as a Chef (Cook Lead) except he/she is not in charge of the kitchen, does not determine the merchandise to be ordered, and takes orders as to kitchen operation from the Chef (Cook Lead -Supervisor). Shall not be required to do general cleaning other than the tools of their trade and the necessary cleaning of their immediate station.

National Sales Manager

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for booking self-contained and citywide groups through strategic planning, development, and direct selling within the target market.
F&B Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager is a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who takes initiative. This role includes managing all food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest level of TSJ service standards. The Food and Beverage Manager ensures that all Banquet and Concessions Supervisor/Captains are performing their duties as prescribed by the quality standards established by the Director of Food & Beverage
Sales Manager
Full Time
The Sales Manager will be responsible for self-contained group sales (100 peak rooms and less) and booking for Southeastern States segment (all sizes) through strategic planning, development, and direct selling within the target market.
