Security Officer
Full Time
The Security Officer is responsible for monitoring cameras and radios, responding to calls, designating and assigning security personnel for security services, contacting emergency responders and providing information to individuals seeking inquires, patrolling assigned areas, investigating and/or reporting hazards and suspicious circumstances, preparing incident reports, and performing a wide range of administrative duties related to security.

Content Marketing Specialist

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, publishing, and measuring content for Team San Jose’s digital platforms (including social media) and additional projects as needed. This individual will be responsible for working with Content & Digital Strategy Marketing Manager to ensure strategic channel growth for all Visit San Jose and Team San Jose digital channels.
Production Manager
Full Time
The Production Manager is responsible for supervising touring and local production events managed by Team San Jose, Broadway San Jose, Nederlander Concerts, AEG/Goldenvoice, Live Nation, and other National and Regional promoters, as well as corporate meetings and Special Events.
Cook
On Call/Variable
A Cook has the same responsibilities as a Chef (Cook Lead) except he/she is not in charge of the kitchen, does not determine the merchandise to be ordered, and takes orders as to kitchen operation from the Chef (Cook Supervisor). Shall not be required to do general cleaning other than the tools of their trade and the necessary cleaning of their immediate station.
Cook Lead
On Call/Variable
The Cook Lead (Supervisor) is responsible for all kitchen or cooking operation in the absence of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Will perform any cooking, baking, butchering required, and performs any and all duties in the kitchen. This is an on-call union position, and all individuals in this role are represented by UNITE HERE! Local 19.
Event Services Manager
Full Time
This individual will assist the Event Services Department with event needs and serve as a direct contact for clients. Events include trade shows, conferences, expos, conventions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, consumer shows, performing arts, art shows, and exhibits.
Executive Steward
Full Time
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Executive Steward is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities of hourly stewarding and expeditor workers while overseeing the department function and processes.
Stewarding Manager
Full Time
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Stewarding Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of all hourly stewarding.
