Battle of the Bifanas
The Battle of the Bifanas is a lively Portuguese food and culture festival in San Jose centered around a cooking competition to find the best bifana (traditional Portuguese pork sandwich). The 2026 event will take place on Saturday, August 22 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the I.E.S. Portuguese Hall (1401 E Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA).
