Gardner Health Services' 2023 Día de los Muertos Run-Walk is back for its 4th year. This fundraising event and health initiative will safely bring together patients, staff, families and the community in celebration of life, health, and the lives of those we love eternally. Join us to raise funds to help children and families – who can't afford medical insurance – get free care! The event will feature a family-friendly 5k and 10k run-walk route, music, entertainment, and a health resource fair.
