The importance of quality food at events is becoming more important and serves as a way to immerse the destination into the convention. Here, we bring the best flavors of our destination by locally sourcing nearly all food, alcohol and spirits within a 100-mile radius.

We have placed a greater emphasis on our culinary standards by hiring Executive Chef Michael Doyle. Chef has cooked for the James Beard House dinners, Golden Globe Awards, Oscar Nominee Luncheons, and has a background working at 5-star hotel properties including the Ritz Carlton, Colony Palm Beach FL, Fess Parker’s Resort, the Beverly Hills Hilton and the Balboa Bay Club & Resort.
