The importance of quality food at events is becoming more important and serves as a way to immerse the destination into the convention. Here, we bring the best flavors of our destination by locally sourcing nearly all food, alcohol and spirits within a 100-mile radius.

We have placed a greater emphasis on our culinary standards by hiring Executive Chef Michael Doyle and Director of Culinary Operations Peter Gennaro III. Combined these chefs have cooked for James Beard House dinners, Golden Globe Awards, Oscar Nominee Luncheons; and have backgrounds working at 5-star hotel properties including the Ritz Carlton, Colony Palm Beach FL, Fess Parker’s Resort, the Beverly Hills Hilton and the Balboa Bay Club & Resort.
