With California and Santa Clara county fully reopened, we're excited to host you, once again. When you meet in San Jose you'll find new and historic hotels, our GBAC-certified convention center and a vibrant, diverse community with a walkable downtown that's full of dining and entertainment options where safety is a priority. California's guidelines to bring large meetings back are summarized below:
- Outdoor gatherings are allowed to return to usual operations with the only exception being Mega Events (10,000 or more).
- Indoor activities are allowed to return to usual operations with the only exception being Mega Events (5,000 or more).
- We are very excited to announce that all Mega Events will be returning starting October 1, 2021.
California has fully opened its economy - including our ability to host meetings and conventions.
