Located in the middle of Silicon Valley, Gaku specializes in authentic Japanese Charcoal Grills also known as "Yakitori". Our menu includes over 30 different types of skewers from various chicken parts, pork, beef, seafoods, and vegetables. All the ingredients are carefully selected and cooked perfectly with our special charcoals imported from Japan, called "Binchotan."
