Submit an Event

Event listings are offered on sanjose.org to showcase San Jose and the surrounding region as a vibrant, desirable place to visit, work, play and live. The site features events, things to do, and content to encourage visitors to explore San Jose and Silicon Valley.

To get listed, please send:

  • Images or graphics associated with your event and/or business. Our business and event listings feature one 1:1 square image and we use a 16:9 widescreen image for social share links. Hi-res images or graphics only, please. 
  • Business contact information: Name, Address, Phone, Social Media links
  • Short business blurb about your event.
  • Business website URL you would like our site to link to
  • General contact email and phone info to post publicly (if there is one)
  • Marketing contact info to reach out to internally for additional Visit San Jose marketing follow up

Visit San Jose / Team San Jose reserves the right to edit or resize submissions (text, graphics or images) for clarity or functionality without sacrificing event brand integrity.

PLEASE NOTE: Because Visit San Jose is funded by the hotel occupancy tax, events that encourage overnight stays in San Jose will be considered priority for the website. 

All events are posted at the discretion of TSJ Staff; exceptions will be reviewed on an individual basis. For additional information on event listings, please contact Visit San Jose's Marketing Department at marketing@sanjose.org.
