Submit an Event

Event listings are offered on www.SanJose.org to showcase San Jose and the surrounding region as a vibrant, desirable place to visit, work, play and live. The site features events, things to do, and content to encourage visitors to explore San Jose and Silicon Valley.

DOES MY EVENT QUALIFY TO BE LISTED? Your event must be:

  • Be open to the public
  • Have at least an Event Name, Date, Time and Location
  • Link to a website for either ticket sales or more information
  • Have a full square image (767x767 or larger) – no logos or flyers
  • No classes/workshops, camps or school events. Some small-scale community events (fundraisers, sales, storytimes) may not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Because Visit San Jose is funded by the hotel occupancy tax, events that encourage overnight stays in San Jose will be considered priority for the website. 

All events are posted at the discretion of TSJ Staff; exceptions will be reviewed on an individual basis. For additional information on event listings, please contact Visit San Jose Calendar Support (calendarsupport@sanjose.org).
