Make Music Day 2026

Ring in the summer with a worldwide day of music! On Sunday, June 21, celebrate Make Music San Jose on streets, sidewalks, and parks across the city, with music performed by anyone and free for everyone. Check back in Spring 2026 to participate in next year’s Make Music Day.

Celebrated on June 21, Make Music San José coincides with festivities in more than one thousand cities worldwide as part of Make Music Day. The day’s idea is to share the joy of making music with everyone who wants to take part, from professional to amateur musicians and the musically curious.

This website will feature performances throughout the city on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Events will be held throughout San Jose at community centers, parks, restaurants, museums, and more.
