The Boil at Hapa's Creekside
Second Line Pleasure Club is a Bay Area event series founded by Aaron Salit (a Bay Area chef and restaurant consultant) that brings Louisiana-style crawfish boils and live NOLA music — brass, zydeco, jazz, funk — to breweries and wineries around the region.
Second Line Pleasure Club sources crawfish locally from the Sacramento Delta, working with a Livermore butcher for house-smoked andouille, and a custom spice blend from Oaktown Spice Shop in Oakland. The whole concept centers on communal, hands-on eating and treating music as a shared thread that keeps the party going after the food's gone. This is the first San Jose event so don't miss out!
