Homegrown in San Jose, Barya Kitchen puts a creative Filipino-American spin on comfort food. Founded in 2017, the owner-operated food pop-up turned food truck reimagines traditional Filipino flavors with American influences, resulting in dishes that are both nostalgic and unexpected. You can try favorites like hand-rolled lumpia, Beef Bistek and Pork Sisig rice bowls, or go for the fusion side with birria lumpia and quesabirria tacos. With everything prepared in-house, Barya Kitchen offers a flavorful taste of San Jose’s diverse and innovative food scene.
