Dr. Funk: Rum House + Kitchen

Named after Dr. Bernard Funk, who spent 31 years in the South Pacific practicing medicine and mixology, Dr. Funk brings the culture of tiki to Downtown San Jose. Dr. Funk provides an immersive experience complete with food offerings, an impressive cocktail lineup and décor by San Jose designer Notch Gonzalez. The drink menu consists of a mix of classic tiki cocktails and original creations, including their namesake cocktail “Dr. Funk”—a potion of two rums, pomegranate, Herbsaint floral liqueur and citrus.
