La Victoria Taqueria (often called La Vic’s by San Jose natives) is a beloved Mexican taqueria that’s become a local staple since its inception near San Jose State University in 1998, known for serving classic, affordable dishes like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and plates featuring carne asada, carnitas, pollo asado, and more.
