• Donation Requests: As much as we’d like to support every organization and cause, we unfortunately do not have direct access to our clients’ tickets. To request tickets for a specific show or concert, you should contact its organization/promoter directly.
• Most Theaters team members work standard M-F office hours. Barring holidays, voicemail or inquiry form messages submitted at night or on a weekend will generally be answered on the next business day.
